Driving Directions
Traveling east from Yakima: Take I-82 eastbound to Kennewick. Take the Clearwater Ave./Badger Road exit. Take a RIGHT at the stop sign (off the ramp). You are on Clearwater Ave. and you will continue heading northeast.
Go through the light at Columbia Center Blvd., and drive (about 1/4 mile) until you reach the Tri-City Association of REALTORS office, which will be on the right side of the road (look for our lighted, blue and white sign). It is just past Schucks' Auto Supply. The building sets back off the street and there is parking in front and behind the building.

Traveling east from Portland: Take I-84 East (go about 175.6 miles). Take the I-82 West exit (go about 30.7 miles). Take the US 395 North exit and continue on 395 North for about 4 miles. Take a LEFT at Clearwater Avenue (you'll see a Starbucks coffee shop on the left corner). Continue on Clearwater Ave. for about 3 miles until you see the Tri-City Association of REALTORS office, which will be on the left side of the street (it's just before Schucks' Auto Supply - look for our lighted, blue and white sign). The building sets back off the street and there is parking in front of and behind the building.

Traveling southeast from Wenatchee: Start out going Southeast on N WENATCHEE AVE. Take the WA-285 SOUTH ramp towards E. WENATCHEE / SPOKANE / US-2 / WA-28. Merge onto STEVENS ST. Stay straight to go onto SR-285. Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto SR-28. Turn RIGHT onto CENTRAL AVE S. CENTRAL AVE S becomes SR-281. Take the I-90 EAST ramp. Merge onto I-90 E. You'll go about 27.5 miles and take the WA-17 exit. Turn RIGHT onto SR-17; continue for about 43 miles. Take the US-395 SOUTH ramp. Merge onto US-395 S. Continue south approximately 22.6 miles. Take the TO US-395 SOUTH ramp towards UMATILLA/YAKIMA. Merge onto I-182 W. and go about 2 miles. You'll take the US-395 SOUTH exit and then merge onto US-395 S. After almost 2 miles take the US-395 SOUTH exit towards KENNEWICK/UMATILLA. Merge onto US-395. Turn LEFT onto W. CLEARWATER AVE. Drive 3 miles until you come to the Association of REALTORS office, which will be on the left side of the street (it's just before Schucks' Auto Supply - look for our lighted, blue and white sign). The building sets back off the street and there is parking in front of and behind the building.

Traveling south from Spokane: Take 395 south to Ritzville (60 miles), where you will take the exit for Pasco (Highway 395). Continue south (77 miles) into the Tri Cities, and take the first exit Hwy 395/182.

Traveling north from Hermiston: Go north on Hwy 395 toward the Tri Cities (approx. 22 miles from McNary Dam). The freeway will bend to the left heading East - 82 (do not take the Kennewick Exit) and you will exit at 109 - Clearwater Ave/Badger Rd Exit and take a RIGHT at the stop sign. You are on Clearwater Ave. and you will continue heading northeast. We are approximately 1/4 mile past the first light (Columbia Center Blvd) on the right hand side to the east of Schucks' Auto (look for our lighted, blue and white sign). The building sets back off the street and there is parking in front of and behind the building.

Traveling west from Walla Walla: Go west on Hwy US-12. US-12 W becomes US-12 W/I-182 W/US-395 S. Take the US-395 SOUTH exit. Next take the US-395 SOUTH exit towards KENNEWICK/UMATILLA. US-395 becomes N. ELY ST/US-395 S. Turn right on CLEARWATER AVE. We are approximately 3 miles down on the left hand side to the east of Schucks' Auto (look for our lighted, blue and white sign). Coming from the Pasco airport: From the Pasco Airport (see map below) you will come out on Rd 20 and go south to the light just past Columbia Community College
and take a RIGHT onto the freeway (I-182 westbound). Then take the first exit (Kennewick) and go across the Blue Bridge (stay straight ahead). This highway becomes 240, and you will continue on it for about 7 or 8 miles from the bridge. Take the Columbia Center Exit and take a LEFT at the light (takes you over the freeway) and go south (up the hill) eight (8) lights. Take a left at Clearwater Ave (top of the hill). Get in the right hand lane and our office is approximately 1/4 mile east on the right side, next to Schucks' Auto (look for our lighted, blue and white sign). The building sets back off the street and there is parking in front of and behind the building.
Coming from the Pasco airport (alternate route): From the Pasco Airport (see map below) you will come out on Rd 20 and go south to the light just past Columbia Community College and take a RIGHT onto the freeway (I-182 westbound). Then take the first exit (Kennewick) and go across the Blue Bridge (get in the right lane). After you go over the Blue Bridge, stay in the RIGHT LANE and EXIT (Kennewick/Pendelton 395 South). Continue up the hill on 395 (do not exit). Take a RIGHT on Clearwater Ave. (major intersection - stores at corner include Walgreens & Starbucks). Stay on Clearwater Ave. for about 2.7 miles. Get in the left hand lane and our office is on the left side of the street, next to Schucks' Auto (look for our lighted, blue and white sign). The building sets back off the street and there is parking in front of and behind the building.

Returning to the Pasco airport (from our office): Start out heading east on Clearwater Ave. (go RIGHT out of the parking lot). Stay on Clearwater for about 1.3 miles (get in the left lane). Turn LEFT on Edison St (you'll see Albertsons grocery store on the left). Go straight on Edison St. (down the hill) about 1 mile. When you pass Canal Street (intersection), get in the RIGHT LANE and take the ramp onto WA 240 East. Go about 2.4 miles (get in left lane). Take the Pasco/Spokane Left exit on to US-395 North and continue up the hill and over the Blue Bridge. Take the Spokane/Walla Walla exit toward #12B/N 20th Ave/Columbia Basin College (on right) and go 0.6 miles. Turn LEFT on N. 20th Ave and go another 0.6 miles. Continue straight ahead until you reach the airport.
